I downloaded the game off download.com, but it didn't have the installer. I figured how to get it started, but I don't think it is working properly. (I say this because I got the crafting kit and glove pattern and leather, but for the life of me I can't make gloves.) The files I downloaded are: xaa_hyperborea.dsres xaa_hyperborea_intro_movie.dsres Hyperborea.dsmap README_Hyperborea_3_0.txt DSTK_EULA.htm vox.ico I put the first 3 in the Hyperborea folder, made the shortcut like the Readme says, and pretty much ignored the rest. I know all of you people submitting these postings cannot be as technically challenged as me, so don't give up, don't be rude and ungreatful, get mad, get frustrated and GET IT DONE! Once you are finished you will have learned something and best of all you will be able to escape into this exciting and enjoyable world created for you at no monitary investment. But it didn't really matter cuz I was already hooked. I was frustrated since I had to download the 3.0 patched version on my 56k dial-up, but this siegelet is well worth the hassel. Xaa is the man!!! I was even cursing you by name as I wandered around lost in the wilderness. I like the anti-cheat features cuz I am lazy and tend to cut corners when ever I can, but not this time. Now I have to start all over again from scratch, but I am excited and eager to begin...as soon as my download is completed (10minutes past, and I am at 6%). Even if I had high-speed service it couldn't go fast enough.
