I could launch into a long, boring and unimportant speech about why I am moving on and discontinuing my work on Siege Network. I've got my reasons, but the only thing I really want to say is "Thank You" to everyone who has supported this site, and me as I worked on it. The forum moderators - sjr, sol77, gfb, lokiswaq, slipmatt, Callisto, digital; Retired moderators - Tomcat39, Wynne; Hosting supporters - The Chowmeister, gods blood, Lanfear, and Alexander; Friends and family, always confounded about why I stuck around so long, and thus helping me keep it real ...and of course, all the friendly and supportive Dungeon Siege players I've met while playing the game and running this site. In order to pay the proper respect to the content accumulated over all this time, I will not be deleting the site content or the forums, and the news tracker will continue to automatically track Dungeon Siege related news. However, in 2-3 weeks, I will be removing posting privileges in the forums, so that it becomes view-only. The Downloads listings will remain, but comments posting and voting will be disabled. Dark and Light Elves v3.0 Final  CATEGORY: FILE NEWS  POSTED BY: WITNESS on MONDAY, MARCH 07, 2005 10:11PM For those who don't know what this Dungeon Siege mod is all about, Dark and Light Elves v3.0 adds two new characters to the game, a female dark elf and a female light elf, with a complete set of new meshes for all the body/armor types, equippables, and even a slew of new items specifically made for them (boots, dresses, gloves, headwear, etc.). Your elven character has a variety of appearance combination options. Also included in the mod are many scripted features, such as party-friendly Auras, multiple-use rejuvenation potions, knockback weapons, spellcasting weapons, auto-scaling weapons, new informational windows, additional console commands, and more. I would like to take this moment to formally state that this is the final version of this mod. Yes, there are a few issues remaining with this version, but I've already spent a huge amount of time working on this update, and it's finally time for me to move on to other things. It adds a variety of new melee weapons, such as double axes, war swords, claw simitars, sai's, chakrams, more extravagant higher level models for existing weapon types. Sot3K Weapons Pack #3 also includes the new weapons from the Torian Chronicles siegelet, Sot3K Weapons Pack #1, and Sot3K Weapons Pack #2, and a few Lord of the Rings movie-themed weapons (Anduril, Sting).
